Sharon's personal life experience has augmented an intimate understanding of the diverse and complex issues relevant to families who live with Asperger's/ ASD.
Consequently, she has a practical and authentic understanding of issues relevant to children, young adults, carers, siblings and parents.
Previous courses have included:
*Personal safety for children and young adults with Asperger's/Autism who are at risk of bullying and need to consider their own self defence.
*Personal safety for parents of children with Asperger's/Autism who might be looking for alternative methods to manage boundaries, verbal communication, taking space and heightened arousal states.
*Personal safety for siblings living with a brother or sister who has Asperger's/Autism.
*Personal safety for carers who are seeking alternative methods to manage looking after or living with someone who does, or may become violent.
